Buyer:

The buyer refers to any individual or entity who purchases services from BoostGrams through the website. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this distance selling contract.

This agreement governs the rights and obligations between BoostGrams and the buyer concerning the sale of digital services such as social media followers, likes, views, and other related services provided remotely.

Subject of the Agreement

This agreement covers the remote sale and delivery of digital services provided by BoostGrams. These services include, but are not limited to, the purchase of social media followers, likes, views, comments, and other related engagement services for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

The buyer agrees to purchase these services as described on the BoostGrams website, and BoostGrams agrees to deliver the services in accordance with the terms specified in this contract.

Service Fees

The total price for the services purchased by the buyer is determined based on the specific package selected on the BoostGrams website. Each package offers different levels of engagement services, such as followers, likes, views, comments, and more, for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

The final price, including applicable taxes or fees (if any), is displayed at the time of checkout. The buyer agrees to pay the total amount as outlined during the purchase process. BoostGrams reserves the right to adjust prices or offer discounts at its discretion, with the updated price being reflected on the website.

Delivery and Fulfillment

BoostGrams guarantees to deliver the purchased digital services within the timeframe indicated on the website at the time of the order. Typically, the delivery process starts a few hours after payment confirmation and may take several days, depending on the chosen package and the scale of services.

The services will be delivered directly to the buyer’s specified social media account(s) as provided during the order process. BoostGrams assures that all services are delivered as described and in line with platform policies. If there are any delays caused by unexpected technical issues or platform restrictions, BoostGrams will inform the buyer as soon as possible, acknowledging that such delays are beyond the company’s control.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The buyer is eligible for a refund only if the purchased services have not been initiated. Refunds may be granted if the service cannot be delivered due to issues related to social media algorithms or problems arising from the specialized software used to fulfill the order.

If BoostGrams is unable to deliver the purchased services due to these technical issues, the buyer may request a refund. However, once the service has been fully or partially delivered, the buyer forfeits the right to withdraw from the agreement and request a refund.

To initiate a refund request, the buyer must contact BoostGrams through the contact page or via email at info@boostgrams.com, providing the order details and an explanation of the issue. BoostGrams will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly for services that have been partially delivered. In cases of platform bans, restrictions, or changes affecting service delivery, BoostGrams will work with the buyer to resolve the situation, but no refunds will be issued for services already completed.

Payment Terms

The buyer agrees to pay the total amount for the selected services as displayed during the checkout process. Payment must be made in full before the delivery of services can commence. BoostGrams accepts various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency, along with other available online payment options as indicated on the website.

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, and no payment information is stored by BoostGrams. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed, and the buyer will be notified to retry the payment or select an alternative method.

BoostGrams reserves the right to modify the available payment methods and terms at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Privacy and Security

BoostGrams is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the buyer’s personal information. Any personal data collected during the purchasing process, including name, email, and payment details, will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the buyer’s order and improving our services.

BoostGrams does not share, sell, or distribute personal information to third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal obligations. All payment transactions are handled securely through trusted third-party providers, ensuring that no payment data is stored or processed by BoostGrams directly.

Duration of the Agreement

This agreement becomes effective upon the buyer’s confirmation of purchase on the BoostGrams website and remains in effect until the services purchased are fully delivered. The buyer acknowledges that the agreement may be terminated early if all services are delivered as agreed, or if either party fails to meet their obligations.

If BoostGrams fails to deliver the services as described, the buyer has the right to request a resolution or termination of the agreement in line with the terms outlined in this document.

Any updates to the terms of this agreement will apply to future orders and not retroactively to orders already placed and confirmed.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BoostGrams is registered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The buyer agrees that any legal disputes regarding the services provided by BoostGrams will be resolved in accordance with these laws, and the buyer consents to the jurisdiction of these courts.

General Provisions

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between BoostGrams and the buyer regarding the sale of services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No amendments or modifications to this agreement will be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

BoostGrams reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this agreement at any time, and such changes will take effect for future transactions once published on the website.
